How Vunna works
There is public work you could win. The hard part is finding it. Thousands of contracts are published every week across dozens of portals in more than twenty languages, and almost none of them are worded the way you would describe your own business. Vunna reads all of them, so you only read the ones that fit.
Why good contracts go unnoticed
Most companies find tenders one of two ways. They check a portal when they remember to, which means they miss the weeks they were busy. Or they set up keyword alerts, which only catch notices that happen to use their words. A road builder searching for "asphalt" never sees "Rahmenvertrag Strassenunterhaltung". The contract was there, it was open for six weeks, and nobody told them.
1. Tell us what your company does
A few sentences is enough: the work you deliver, how far you will travel, and the contract sizes worth quoting for. No keyword lists to invent, no CPV codes to look up, nothing to maintain afterwards. You can add several companies if you bid under more than one.
2. We read every new notice, every hour
Each hour Vunna pulls everything published since the last run and compares it to your profile by meaning rather than by wording. A notice written in Dutch about sewer renewal still matches a German Kanalbau firm, because the work is the same even when the words are not.
3. You get a shortlist you can act on
Your feed arrives ranked, with the buyer, the deadline and the contract value on every row, and a line saying what earned the score. Most mornings that is a thirty second read instead of an hour of portal hopping.
What the score means
Every notice gets a score out of 100 for how closely it sits to your profile. Above 80 is squarely your work. Around 60 is adjacent, and the line beside it names the stretch, usually the contract size or a capability you did not list. It measures fit rather than odds, and the lower ones stay in your feed so the call is yours.
It gets sharper the more you use it
Thumbs up or down on any match, and later notices are scored accordingly. You are not training it in a separate settings screen. You are just reacting to your own feed, and it tightens around the work you chase.
Every match links to the original
Every notice comes from an official procurement portal through its own data interface, and every match links straight back to the original. The buyer, the deadline, the value and the documents are the publisher's own, one click away.
