Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
The European Commission shut down its Online Dispute Resolution platform on 20 July 2025, so there is no longer an EU ODR link to point you at.
Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general law. We are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general law remain unaffected. Liability in that respect only arises from the moment we know of a specific infringement, and we remove such content immediately once we become aware of it.
Liability for links
Vunna links to tender notices and to the public procurement portals that publish them, as well as to other external sites whose content we do not control. The provider or operator of a linked page is always responsible for its content. Linked pages were checked for obvious infringements at the time of linking; none were apparent. Permanent monitoring without concrete evidence of an infringement is not reasonable. We remove such links immediately once we become aware of an infringement.
